Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to give you a useful diagnostic, we never sell your data, and we tell you plainly how it’s used.
This policy explains how ForwardPath Inc., operating as Profit Architecture Group™ (“PAG,” “we,” “us”), handles information you provide through our website, the Profit Gap Quiz™, and the Profit Recovery Blueprint™.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details — your email address, so we can deliver your results and reach you about your Blueprint.
- Quiz & assessment answers — your responses, including self-reported business ranges (for example, revenue band, margin band, and cash-runway band). These are ranges you choose, not exact figures, and we do not ask you to upload financial documents.
- Conversation content — the messages you exchange during the guided diagnostic, and the resulting scores and report.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and a transaction reference; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends (such as approximate location and device type) used to keep the service secure and working.
2. How we use it
- To generate, review, and deliver your Blueprint and results.
- To allow Stephanie Hess to personally review and finalize your report before it’s sent.
- To process your payment and provide support.
- To protect the service against abuse and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
3. Service providers we rely on
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service. They process data only on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Neon — encrypted database hosting for your responses and report.
- Anthropic — the AI model that powers the guided conversation. Your inputs are sent to Anthropic to generate responses and are not used to train their models under our agreement.
4. How it’s protected
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and your data is encrypted at rest in our database. Access to the review area that holds your report is password-protected and limited to authorized personnel.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver your Blueprint, provide support, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time (see below), and we will do so unless we’re required to retain it.
6. Your choices & rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email steph.forwardpath@gmail.com and we’ll respond promptly.
7. Children
Our service is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version.
