Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Profit Architecture Group™ (“PAG,” “we,” “us”) is a brand operated by ForwardPath Inc. When these Terms refer to PAG, they refer to ForwardPath Inc. doing business as Profit Architecture Group. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we provide

We offer a business-diagnostic service built on Stephanie Hess’s framework:

The Blueprint is a diagnostic and advisory product. It surfaces where your business may be underperforming and outlines a direction. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of any financial outcome.

3. Pricing & what you’re buying

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the amount shown for the tier you select.

4. Estimates and results

Any “recoverable profit,” “opportunity,” or score shown is an estimate derived from your self-reported answers and benchmarking against similar businesses. It is provided for planning purposes only. Actual results depend on your own execution and circumstances, and validating an estimate requires deeper financial and operational analysis. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will achieve any particular result.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Intellectual property

The Blueprint framework, question banks, reports, site content, and the Profit Architecture Group™, Profit Recovery Blueprint™, and Profit Gap Quiz™ marks are owned by ForwardPath Inc. You receive your own report for your own business use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

7. Cancellations & refunds

Because each Blueprint includes Stephanie’s personal time and review, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForwardPath Inc. and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any estimate or report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ForwardPath Inc. is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there.
